ability to space is actually the very same reason xpetu prefers dmp so much on shen. shen has really good innate damage but getting into position for it is quite hard so the bonus movespeed of the pre-item and dmp is so huge. i've been building dmp on a few tank tops now like mudno or ornn and will put my hand into the fire while saying it is a broken item on them.

The wiki has a list of things that are reduced by Steelcaps and it includes a lot of things that he says are on-hits. In short, if it's to be believed, he's not entirely wrong (Vayne's Q bonus damage and W true damage bypass the passive entirely, for instance) but he's not entirely right, either (Ezreal's Q will be reduced by it, even though it doesn't seem like it should) But even when the passive is weak, you're gonna have a slot for boots, and putting extra armor on that boot slot has huge value as a result, especially in the current health stacking meta. "Weak" here is _very_ relative.

There is no Russian server anymore after the sanctions I think. It's European but I'm not entirely sure. It's my guess 'cause the ping used to be 40-50 ms, now it's 80-100

@@staskandan i'm from central russia, my ping is 20-30 ms with my internet provider. The only thing is that voice chat in game doesn't exist for my region because it's used mostly for swearing there lol. There are sometimes problems with connecting to lol servers with certain internet providers but it's dodgeable

It's not a bug, it works that way with all similar skills. If you eat Morde, for example, his passive will still exist around you, for example.

tabis btw reduce all autoattack dmg, including magic dmg from on hits, or empowered autos like fizz Q/W and even ekko passive if he procks it with an autoattack. it of course cant reduce vayne W bc its true dmg, but other than true dmg, it reduces everything, including pets. u can just go into practice tool and test it, as i just did, ezreal Q did 42 dmg when i had seekers armguard (25 armor) and 37 with tabis (also 25 armor)

No it does not reduce on hit damage and it doesn't take long to test. It works on empowered aa such as Sylas's passive or Ekko's passive but because those are not on hit damage, they count as a basic attack. Ezreal Q works like a basic attack as well so yeah it works on that but Whatley is right when it comes to on hit damage which means that tabis are good against crit adc and bad against on hit ones (not useless but like not as good as one would think initially).

I can't listen to this. Tabi ninjas are bad against jax and ADC? Jax can't do shit against those who bought tabi ninja - it's literally a 1 item full build against Jax. Because most Jax damage is just physical damage from normal attacks, the skills themselves (magic damage) is somewhere around 20-30% depending on the patch. Next: the worst boots in the game are the Berserker's. And by a huge margin over all others. Yeah, swiftness boots will be better than tabi, even against ADC. But not because tabi ninjas are so bad against ADCs, it's because ADCs do so little damage that you don't need the extra armor and that passive against ADCs. All you need to do is reach it and kill it with one hit while ADC sweating and attacking you 20 times.
