I recently purchased Oudh 36 and I cannot express how much I love it! You gave a really great description. It has a balanced sweetness, rich woodiness, and you get this extremely loud but small bubble. When your approached, it's really in your face, but in a nice way of course, otherwise, it won't choke people 5 meters away from you.

I own 3 Al Haramains and i really like them all. In short words: Detour Noir: Minty vanilla Amber Oud Gold: Sweet and fruity. Tropical bubblegum Amber Oud Tobacco: Honey, sweetness galore and vanilla. Yes it really smells like Tom Ford.

I have wear it with b.afric Flavia . im super amazed of the journey that gave me this combo , to the XIX century in a white rose garden with lots of grass , young ladies wearing corsets, resting on the methal tables and chairs , enjoying the sunshine for late summer.... ❤

Thanks so much for this video. It has saved me from donating Junoon Rose. I purchased it several months ago and I have found the opening hard to deal with as to me it initially smells like hairspray. However after watching your video, I decided to give it another try this morning, and I have finally warmed to it. I don’t know whether it’s because my nose has adapted, hormone related (although I am in my 50’s), or whether it’s because it’s been open for a few months and has mellowed. But I really disliked this fragrance at first.

I'm so so happy to hear that 🥳This happened to me with some fragrances as well, upon first sniff I deeply disliked them but as I kept testing them over time some of them became my favourite fragrances. I think sometimes, especially with more creative/ weird/ abstract fragrances or with overpowering notes that you're not used to, it takes longer to warm up to the fragrances cause it takes a while for your nose to adjust to the notes. I appreciate the detailed comparison between Amber Oud Gold and Jasmine Wisp. I have Jasmine Wisp and it's a delicious fruity fragrance. But now you've got me curious about Amber Oud Gold. I recently got Junoon Rose. It's a refreshing scent. I get a strong cherry and amaretto note, which is stronger than the rose note at first. It is very long lasting and it projects well, too. But (to me) it's also got a strong soapy scent note/air refreshener that I find a overwhelming. But overall it's a pleasant fresh scent.

I adore Junoon Rose! It’s one of my absolute favorites. I haven’t tried Blossom Love (the Amouage one) but I like Junoon rose so much that I don’t feel the need to. (Plus JR is much more reasonably priced, but doesn’t smell “cheap,” at all). Great longevity on my skin, too. I layer it with an almond scented body lotion. Delicious! I’m glad to see that you like it too! I agree, maybe it’s not everyone’s thing. But it’s one of my best blind buys! 😂

Good job and for your timings for each fragrance its a standard timing around 10 minutes. U can try to review individual fragrances in the future this way your videos are around 10 minutes. I think ill pick up a bottle of Amber oud Gold soon.

Ok🙃I will try again… Janoon Noir is a huge love for me, so I bought this Janoon and have struggled with it… a little granny to me… but I love vintage … but this I’ve really struggled wearing this. I do love all the notes, but this is not a safe blind buy because I love many varied types of scents. I’m so glad you love it. Janoon Noir is fabulous though🥰❤️.

Junoon Rose is beautiful, it has a slight vintage boudoir feel to it but it mixes so well with the almondy cherry suede facets. Junoon Noir has been on my to try list, I'm very curious about that one as well 🌠

I've been watching reviews of Junoon Rose because I'm trying to decide whether to try it or not and your video is the third now that I'm watching and in the first 2 videos I watched I sped it up to 1.25x because they talk slow and I like to do this quickly and it's just funny because when I played your video it automatically was sped up to 1.25x and I had to put it back to normal speed because I couldn't catch up with what you're saying 😂 that's when I realized I guess it's true what some of your viewers say that you talk fast 😂 but honestly I never noticed until now. I think it's probably because I like the pace in which you talk, it's perfect pacing for me. Anyway I just wanted to share that. I thought it was funny 😁💕

I'm curious if you have smelled the Amber Oud original by Al Haramain (not the Gold or Tobacco editions). I feel like there is a lot of confusion around all the different editions, and I can't seem to find anyone talking about the original Amber Oud. Upon reading the notes, it sounds quite different from all the others, so I'm quite intrigued by it. I just wish I could find someone reviewing it!

If you are interested in any of the two I'd say start with a sample and see how you feel about them on your skin, both can be a love/hate type of perfume.

I had junoon noir, but was too dry and powdery for my taste, i like powder to a certain extent, but i will pull the trigger on this one. You describe it in a such great way. Hi dear, i visited Dubai last week nd i hv purchased so many fragrances.😂😂 Al Haramain- Amber oud gold edition (liked it alot), ruby edition(BR 540 ), Rawaa nd Oud Adam ( i will recommend u to try Oud Adam i think u will like it) . Jasmin wisp i like it so much😂 Modest duex - i get little patchuli so it is so so for me. Rasasi - Qasamat Ebhar - i liked it. I will also suggest u to try Infini Rose from maison alhambra its beautiful fragrance as u like rose fragrance so i think u will like it.

Yes Adam is in the same line of oud for glory + little BR540 vibe. Yes Infini Rose is too too good nd backup bottle worthy. I will surely buy one backup bottle becoz my hubby also loves that nd we hv used alot. 😘❤️

Welcome and thank you for watching 🌹❤️ If you don't want to change much the DNA itself I recommend you to look up the 'Little Hearts' body gel from Ahmed al Maghribi (you can also find it in sets with the fragrance) it's in the same scent family as Amber Oud Gold/Erba Pura and Kirke, but more full, vanillic and round and less musky in the dry down compared to Amber Oud Gold. You can layer the two and they smell divine together. If you can't find that one, try to layer it with a vanilla forward body lotion or with a tropical fruity one, I think this might help to town down the musky aspect in the dry down as well.

Junoon Rose has something very budoir-esque about it and if you already enjoy Chanel no 5 I don't think you'll find the vintage facets in Junoon Rose challenging. Just to keep in mind Junoon Rose is not as serious and statement like as Chanel no 5, it has a playful feminine edge to it. Let me know what you think about it if you decide to try it 💫

I have al haramians laventure femme...the one that is supposed to be a dupe for creed aventus her... and i only smell woods and pine soooooo much. I have tried both L'Aventure Femme & L'Aventure Homme, I don't find it the version for women as piny and green as the one for men but I know exactly what you mean, it doesn't have a lot of sweetness, it's more cold citrusy green and effervescent. I think it would layer very well with fragrances in the Erba Pura scent family (like Ana Abiyedh White, Amber Oud Gold, Jasmine Wisp, Little Hearts) as they're sweet citrusy fruity scents with some musky undertones and they would bring out the sweetness in L'Aventure.
