My guess is that refuel stations get used by "Npc" so to have mission available to player at all times. They should add that if you flip over you get (1 cost money to flip back over) or (2 cost money to flip over and you respawn back in port.) This game can be very good, question is if devs are gonna stick with it to get it there. Also have you done the pick up trash yet?

Hey, I have actually not picked up any trash yet in the game. But yeah, I think they are still working on what happens when you flip your boat.
