that price is for the 22 oz serious shakes that come with all kinds of big toppings. it's more ideal for sharing. they have classic shakes too that are like six dollars.

not having anyone available to take your order isn't true. you can order through the bartender if you rather talk to someone while you order. also it's easier to customize your order if you order at the bar. its not easy to realize this but yeah.

When we walked in, the greeter told us orders were done at the kiosk, so we followed her instructions. Ordering at the bar wasn't given as an option. We figured that was for people who wanted to order alcohol. 🤷🏾‍♀️
