Rizzley is the only card rn to be able to use 0 dice (free dice lul) when using NA under specific setups. What makes him so op is his discounted burst based on how many heals or dmg he takes in 1 round. So he can OTK unsuspectedly. Rizzley has many decks, one of the notable decks are him, venti and hydro herald. He can also be the new MEW deck replacing eula. You gotta try him out!

You should definitely try a Wriothesley deck. With certain conditions he can do multiple normal attacks for 0 dice cost while also discounting his burst. I like to run him with Yunjin and Hydro abyss herald but it's kinda hard to set up an OTK.

I have a Wriothesley deck that can go for 0 dice and 7 dmg on Round 3 per NA You can go for Wriothesley, Beidou, Lisa Beidou's burst, Wriothesley's Signature 2 dice cost weapon, and minty meat rolls are necessary

consecrated beast actually hinders apep card because they fill the deck with energy block card

It could be a good way to get die & cars tho, just use it every round i guess but it depends on luck also anyway

Just use the cards but I gess there will be time when you get multiple of those in ur hand and you couldnt use all
