@@ZenithAvila kaveh bloom is arguably worse. ofcitszen posted vids as he played the deck on Cat's Tail Tournament and it was terror itself. The deck literally uses no cards, with the exception of talent cards, maybe. ...you prolly saw it yourself already.

Yes, you have to have atleast 2 different talent cards in your deck :) it will pick one to give you

yes but only in the first round! if you play it in another round you'll pull some cards based on what round it is. if it's round two you'll pull one card, round three you'll pull two cards, etc

Still 50 50 but you can trick it if you want a higher chance of getting nilou talents by bringing 2 nilou talents and 1 furina talent. But remember this only increases the possibility

Anyone use Nilou bloom this patch, Aggro deck made Nilou go deep into the ground so hard. Also, People rather use Chiori doll rather than bloom nowadays
