This looks so good and like such a fun project! And the part from behind the couch was a good idea! I am so sad that the walls of my flat are so uneven and have woodchip wallpaper so I can't use sticky wallpaper on them...

thank you! but ugh that sucks! i'm still not 100% confident this won't pull up some paint after being up for a long period of time but... oh well 😂

Just looked and found their directions which show what I tried to explain re matching patterns and starting from the corner with an overlap. kzbin.info/www/bejne/ZqOUeqGsg6p0e9U

Didn't they give directions? I think you are supposed to start on an inside corner and slightly overlap the adjoining wall. When the job is complete you use a razor to cut into the corner so there are no gaps in the corner. Also you shouldn't end a row half way down. You match the pattern and cut the excess from top and bottom. It's obviously more costly but trying to match the pattern in the middle of the wall perfectly would probably be impossible. At least that's how I have seen it done by a person who knew what he was doing and that wasn't me! The only thing I have ever papered was my sister's kitchen cabinet interiors and it did not need to be perfect. How much did you end up spending?
