I’m switching all of my plants into pon (slowly but surely lol) and I’m super excited about it! I’m excited to see how yours does, too 🤗💚

Great video...didn't repot with you, but had a nice, big coffee and started the day in a planty way! I got some stratum after I watched your tour and saw your little Hoya cuttings looking so happy. Have about seven tiny Hoya that I want to prop (have been procrastinating because I hate cutting the little guys, too!)... Also been thinking about Pon for a syngonium Batik that's been struggling - so you've inspired me there, too. Looking forward to watching your Fuzzy's progress. (Also have a very juvenile Fuzzy Petiole I'm not sure what to do with - on-line purchase, still acclimating to my space.) Thanks for sharing! 💚👏🏽🪴👏🏽💚

That sounds like a wonderful start to the day! Im glad I was able to inspire you and I hope your little hoya will be as happy in stratum as mine were and that your syngonium enjoys her pon. (definitely keep your fingers crossed for my fuzzy guy and I’ll cross mine for yours!) thank you for watching😊

I use pon & leca exclusively my plants love it especially my hoya. You should rinse your pon if your able to as it's very dusty. I also fertilize every watering. Good luck on your new plant journey! Please be careful about sharing water with your plants especially hoya's if you have root mealies that how they can spread and that's an outbreak you don't want or need.

Thank you for the info! I was wondering if I needed to rinse the pon but didnt see any directions😅 I am pretty careful sharing water between plants for just that reason. I do use a systemic (SNS209) with every watering and dont share water between plants I know are affected with any pests and so far so good!

Hi Kenna, Great video , I've really enjoyed watching it, Many Thanks for sharing! 💚 I grow all my plants in Semi-Hydroponic system , I'm a big fan of Pon ( Pumice, Lava rocks, etc... ) , so I'm very excited & can't wait to watch all your coming videos on this topic 🙂 as you requested recommendation for topics we'd like to watch & learn about ... Did you try to do Propagation in Perlite Propagation Box ? 🙂 It'd be great to make a video on this topic 🙂

Oh my goodness you’re so kind! Im excited about the semi-hydro growing and i hope this one does well. I have dabbled with a perlite prop box, but haven’t stayed on top of it very well. Sounds like i need to be more diligent so i can share with all of you wonderful subscribers. Thank you for watching😊

@@the_flora_archives Hi Kenna, as mentioned before I grow all my plants in Semi-Hydroponic system , I'm a big fan of Pon ( Pumice, Lava rocks, etc... ) , I thought it'd be helpful to share with you my experience on transferring plants from Soil to Pon, when I try to remove all soil first from the roots (as you did in your video), that method worked successfully with some plants but didn't work with some other plants 😞 What worked successfully with all my plants is the method explained by Swedish Plantguys on these 2 videos: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rH3Ym5-Lj92Cgqc , and kzbin.info/www/bejne/nJ3So5iDf790aZo OR another method but takes longer time & more effort is: to remove all soil first from the roots & transfer the plant first to Full-Water-Culture, then transfer it again to Pon 🙂 I'm curious what is your experience & what do you think ?

That is really good information! Im still keeping an eye on the roots, but theyre starting to look a little squishy. If they dont start showing new growth, i may try to transfer to water for a bit. I’ll also check out those videos you linked thank you!
