Balls are actually harder to grip then harder edges so I don’t think the packaging is there for that reason. Also the company already said that they didn’t do that on purpose and called it a “ happy coincidence”

I think they did want to make a user friendly/easy application thing as Selena has some health issues but never said they did research for it to be specialized w arthritis and such problems.❤
