Gurl can I just say thank you this morning I watched all your knowing your body then knowing how to dress videos etc and when I tell you i took an outfit that I've won a hundred times before put it on me the right way and put on the right shoes I'd never been so confident and shocked when I looked in the mirror. I used to always hate my body and clothes on me cause I always thought I looked awkward but now thanks to you I'm actually looking forward to getting dressed tomorrow morning. Yes I'm commenting four years later lol. I'm about to start taking Lexapro and this video really helped. I was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder more than a decade ago and recently decided to talk to a psychiatrist. I haven't started the medication yet but one thing that was really helpful to hear was my doctor saying that I'm doing everything right - going to talk therapy, working out, taking care of my body, etc. but I still feel extreme anxiety all the time and that means medication could be good for me. For so long, I was afraid of the stigma, but my fatigue with struggling with anxiety is outweighing my fear of the stigma. Thank you again for opening up about this!

Most of your uniform pieces are in the dark winter colour palette rather than dark autumn. This fits with you having a more olive undertone rather than warm. You look great in black, white, grey and navy which is again, dark winter.

Love the video but that vein trick to check your undertones does not apply to brown skin girlies. You look more like a neutral to olive undertone to me.

i don't really know how to say it properly, but words about the lack of representation some sort of forms we can be - made me cry, in a good way. though i am lucky to have bodyshape that meets modern beauty standards, there are so many things to be insecure about, that are different from what we see in media nowadays. so your words about how there is nothing wrong with beeing just different, that it dosen't make us less attractive in any ways somehow healed me a little more on my way of self acceptence. thank you so much 💖💖💖

i have a longer torso and narrow hips and short legs 😭 i still understand my body a bit more but still kind of confused, ill just learn to be more comfortable

My signature style is overalls, any old tee/ top, and sandals (sneakers are hard when you live in tropical hot and humid country) Sometimes I wear them cuz I feel like overalls, and they're looking cute, other times, I feel too overwhelmed, or feel like all my clothes are ugly or something.
