The thing is that, in Korea it's safe to eat because they get their seafood fresh, and there's little to no time for bacteria,moulds, etc to grow, also they have super strict rules in terms of food, so evenif it's packaged, it's probably undergone some freezing procedure to kill the possible organisms like they do for sashimi or sushi

@@Eanaj9 why do you think they undergo freezing procedure (it's not just putting it in a freezer, there is a special technique and i forgot the name) This is what has been mistaken by a lot of ppl, since it's just been kept in freezers they think it's the same process but it's not. This one is specifically done to kill all possible parasites, bacteria, etc.

@@stephanieann6622 it’s spicy, earthy, cold, don’t know what to compare it to but it’s good.. now the crab itself is raw and the meat is soft not chewy though.. but the spicy marinara makes up for it.. just don’t think about it being raw and it’s gooood.. over some rice.. the onions garlic and scallions and the peppers.. yeah try it you will love it.. I never had the store bought..my mom makes them fresh.. always make sure it’s fresh!!
