Aanaaammmm.... Enjoyed this through and through!!❤️ The dropper that u r talking about, try pushing it downwards so that the hard tube part goes down and then u might be able to press the thing... Most droppers do come like this ,it isn't a defect I feel!!

The dropper doesn't have defect. It's just you missed how to use these kinds of droppers. Twist the dropper and the upper rubber part would be released. You can use that now!

Just a feedback: The facial kit I feel u could have use a minimal amount of it as it could be used multiple times as they have provided a spatula and a brush rather than using all of the products in one facial sitting.. hence maybe the generosity of products in the kit itself. The other feedback with the nabi sutra oil dropper is u need to push the plastic/glass dropper upwards so u create a space to help u create the press effect to actually squeeze the products into it… I could be completely wrong since I’m just watching it on the video and u might have tried/ thought of all this before putting all this information out there…. I hope you take this positively ❤Only love always 😘🤗
