Gathering storm gives you like 20ad after 20mins, which is like the average game duration. Brutal gives you that similar damage from the beginning. And Vi at late game like most champs that have big cc is to immobilize someone and you team finish them off. Most fights late game are team fights.

Ure generally right altho brutal gives you additional dmg only with attacks and ad scales with skills too

I think sunder sky is the play instead of heart steel most players run giant slayer so it's better to go damage some health and resistance unless your fighting someone that does alot of true damage

Try Glacial x Convergence on Tank build Vi. You won't regret it.👍 I was originally planning to gatekeep this build but I think it would be more interesting not to😏 Though I may regret this😅😆
