Its a dish called Hainanese chicken some other places have a different name for it but its chicken thats poached and served cold over a bed of rice served with dipping sauces on the side for the chicken. Its good you just have to get used to the taste and texture of a cold poached chicken

Thats how authentic roast meats are served, over a bed of hot white rice.Try the roast porks or the roast duck if the chicken isn't your thing. You get a good amount of meat rice and sauce on each meal and your full. Way better than American fast food for price and for taste IMO.
