You do know real doner meat is layers of lambshoulder stacked onto a spike and cut off , that there is a bought in processed mixture of chciken beef and tiny bit of lamb.

That explains why i can't tell whether donner meat is chicken or lamb with the latter more expensive. Its mechanical meat & derivatives. So we're not talking prime cuts of mince meat for sure. This is why i prefer shish skewers of chargrilled chicken & lamb in my kebabs. Chicken shawarma is ok too but quality can also vary between takeaways.

Some people in the comments think you are too well known. That places give you better treatment because it's you. Just for fun you could send someone unknown in to order the food for you. It's up to you who you choose. It could be Editor, or other local youtubers you know. I don't think you should do it every episode but it would be interesting to watch. x Personnally I think that if you get better treatment because it's you and then someone goes along on your recommendation and doesn't get the same sized portion - they just won't go back so the place is really not gaining much by giving you favourable treatment is it? This Kebab Corner looks genuine to me - but there's only one way to find out isn't there? That is to go there myself, but now I have such a long list of places I want to try I have forgotten what they all are. Oh well I'm sure it doesn't matter either way. Editors written comments are fun - but I had to slow down the playback speed to watch them - this made Danny talk really slowly, which was also funny. Keep up the good work Danny, Editor, Cameraman and anyone else who features in the video (oh, except traffic wardens 😅).

They also have to pay deposit fees of around 0.7% plus a one-off fee every time they bank their cash payments anyway, so the comparative end cost of a card payment when placed against cash deposit costs is about 1%, or 5 pence for a £5 donner kebab. Why would you *wish* for fewer options for the consumer anyway? I have nothing against cash, but I don't like carrying cash around with me all the time, so why would you love to see me go hungry just for my choice? Do you really think they're putting their savings towards reducing costs? I'd argue that this is rarely the case. The idea that a company is 'fighting the man' by being cash-only is absurd.
