if you want to add cheese and milk you should get the original buldak (black packaging), when you used this carbonara flavor of course it won't taste spicy at all since the carbonara buldak isn't that spicy in the first place

These are the absolute best. I don't add all of that milk and cheese though. I usually just soft boil two eggs so it's yolky. Add sesame seeds because why not. Sea weed can be good. Enoki mushrooms with the sauce is also so good for added texture/crunch. Green onions have the same effect. Teobokki???? I can't remember how to spell but that's good too. But honestly without any additives is perfectly fine. They have the best flavor and spice.

Drain all of the water Add 2 tbsp of unsalted ( or salted) butter will the noodles are still hot ,about 1/4 cups or less of milk , the cheese packet and the cheese of your choice (I added mozzarella), then add the hot sauce packet. Stir everything until it’s how you like it. Sprinkle cheese on top as garnish.

How to make this noodles : boil the water and add the white seasoning powder in it. After the water is slightly reduced, add the noodles and cook them. When the water is almost completely done, add the buldak sauce and fry them for a few mins. Ovagari

If you add a little vinegar to the water it helps the shells come off my dad taught me it's easier if you peel them right after they're done, and I learned if you crack them at the small end it's easier

Just don’t add extra milk to make it less spicy. You don’t really need that if you have a good spice tolerance. Just use the sauce and powder on the noodles after boiling them. Nothing else. 😊

What I do to enhance the flavors in this ramen is add chicken bullion to your liking and then I add soy sauce and honey as well. It balances out the spice and salt and it just makes it perfect

Yeah just use a dollap of cream cheese to the noodles instead of adding a lot of milk and cheese, so that it’s still spicy and more creamy. They did come out with a creamier carbonara of the same brand and very similar packaging if you want it to be more creamy without having to add milk and cheese. However, you want it spicy so you should just stick with the one you were eating and either add a lil bit of cream cheese or not.
