@@kaushikhegde8227 ladder is always gonna be blind. going first blind seems okay I guess since you play 4 poffin and 2 Rotom V and can attack turn 2 easier thanks to the Sparkling Crystal

What happens if Dragapult EX attacks Mimikyu? I know Mimikyu doesn't receive damage but can I still spread the 60 on the bench??

It prevents damage, so the damage counters still hit it (a good way around it, if you can get something else in the active)

I was testing out my Dragapult deck last night against my Gardevior EX (IRL) I put Mimikyu out turn one then evolved into Dragapult EX turn 3 but was confused if I could still attack Gardevior EX's bench with Dragapults 60 spread damage with Mimikyu as the active? Or does Mimikyu just put a complete stop to Dragapult?

@@EvilEvo_3 Mimikyu says Prevent all damage done to *this pokemon* by attacks from pokemon ex and v. So no it doesn't stop the ping counters.

Hey gois, currently making a dragapult deck nd in a bit of a pickle. Between a pidgeot focused one or dusknoir focused one (like the dortmund deck) which is better overall? Or is putting both in the deck the best?

I'd say learning dragapult is easier with pidgeot. This dortmund deck is sort of hard to pilot.

I cut it for a hisui ball (since 2 seems to be for prizing reasons). But that’s personal preference

@@inkthekitsune it's for prizing reason, but also because you're not always gonna get hisui heavy in your opening hand when rotom is prized. Obviously you do have the downside of prizing fez/fish or something else in key match ups, but as long as you're getting into the game it's probably manageable... is what I imagine their thought process was. Hisui heavy still isn't a bad card but when it comes to getting T1 rotom - especially going first - it's just not the same.

We need a new manaphy/jirachi/rabsca type card that prevents effects of abilities done to your benched Pokemon. I thought munki was crazy and now dusclops/dusknoir going second shuts down all but big basic decks
