A croque McDo is McDonald’s own take on a croque monsieur, so they put cheese and ham in it and the bun is actually a burger bun flipped the other way and toasted xxx

Mcdonalds UK used to to a Signature Range there was The BBQ, The Spicy and The Classic, I work at Mcdonalds and when I was pregnant in 2018 the Signature Spicy was a craving of mine 😊
