I teach this kinda stuff sooooooo. For the chair pose you go in the other way, from the the bases head, they sit on your feet you hold the back of their ankles and then you lift them up with all four points of contact, everything is also easier if you can lock your arms/legs ect the vast majority of these require more "knowing how to do it" than "being strong enough to do it" (but you can do it the strong way too it's just more work) I think you could do all of these if you had a bit of instruction I'd say 7/8
