Hi Grace, you totally should write that nice email. I enjoyed really good service at one of my regular salad places and wrote in to management naming the staff who always served me with a smile. Turns out she was having a bad day with some other customers and my compliment not only gave her a morale booster, the write-in led to her promotion. She was well chuffed the next time I saw her, and I know she's deserved it. So yes, write to management because good service should be recognized.

There was a big tado in the 1980s about people getting sick from the Fillet o'Fish sandwiches. They weren't hugely popular and got way less popular because of this. Turned out many McDo's had efficiently mounted a clip for the large tarter sauce dispenser right beside the fryers where that lovely sauce marinated in the heat coming off the fryers all day long since the container was designed large so as to be filled as infrequently as possible. Source: Worked at McDo's when it all went down and got to be the one to remove all the mounting clips and instruct workers to keep the tarter sauce refrigerated.

In the states the filet o'fish is fairly popular, ESPECIALLY during Lent. I'm 59 and for as long as I can remember (at least back to my teenage years) McDonald's has run a special on the filet o'fish sandwich on Fridays during Lent, and they sell like hotcakes! (that's an American expression which means they can't cook them fast enough to keep up with demand). Now... the bad news. That creamy stuff... it's "tarter sauce." The base of tarter sauce is mayonnaise. Mayonnaise is made with eggs. :( You can probably find a vegan substitute, but what's on that bun... not non-dairy.

In Australia Burger king is called Hungry Jack's, most Australians think it was an original Australian concept, back in the last 90's early 2000's some actual burger king restaurants opened up and that's when we realised our only original fast food chain is red rooster, people stopped going to Burger king coz it was exactly they same as hungry Jack's so they were losing money and Hungry Jack's bought out all the burger king restaurants and changed the signs to hunger Jack's, it was weird

alissa baseman No it’s not, I’ve had to do it myself to kickstart weight loss alongside exercise but it’s not a suitable long term way to live. It sets up a very unhealthy relationship with food. All food should be enjoyed in moderation, a healthy balanced diet with the odd treat is what you aim for but too many girls are afraid of weight gain. I enjoy these videos as she eats (apart from videos like these)realistically she denies herself nothing but eats lots of nutritional home cooked food.
