My mama, daddy, Aunties, and Uncles went to Centennial High . I was raised on 27th across the street from Willowbrook middle school . Pops used to bring home Mama Naka's all the time good times. I love watching you as you visit these places in Compton and Los Angeles it brings back so many wonderful memories of my childhood. I love you Cox family on my Dad's side and Hebert family on moms side we all lived around the corner from each other how blessed was I ❤

First time trying Naka's today and I live around the corner. Thanks for making me aware of this place. I ordered the combo - double cheeseburger with extra cheese and an egg with fries.... Simply put, probably one of THEE BEST "balanced" tasting burgers I've had in my life!!!! So fresh, so delicious, made from grill to you and home (in my case). I will probably order another one tomorrow to eat. Bottom line: Probably one of THE BEST FRESHLY MADE BURGERS I'VE EATEN IN MY LIFE!!! Thanks for the review and thank you for exposing me to this!

Mama Nakas was the best eat out spot to go to if you went to Centennial High school. I graduated from Centennial Class of 1991. I went to Mama Nakas and Golden Bird chicken back in the day. It brings back memories 😊.

Love your posts. I grew up in Little Rock near the intersection of Center St. and Roosevelt Rd. Graduated from Horace Mann in 1962. My mother mixed lemonade with, all of the following: grape, orange, pineapple, peach, strawberry, raspberry, and several other fruit juices. It was served Cold and sweet. My lot of family lives on the westside off Shackleford Rd and 36th St area and are retired School Teachers. I’ve eaten at a lot of the Little Rock spots in your videos. Keep up the good work.
