I went to Prince's original location before someone drove through a car through it and was blown away by their recipe.
I've since eaten/made a ton of spicy hot fried chicken and my favorite would probably be Hattie B's but Prince's is still LEGIT

The 5th and Broadway location is definitely a different scene than the original, but there's a Prince's in Nolensville (15-20 mins away from downtown Nashville) that still has the original chicken shack vibes and some really cool murals of Prince himself!

Hey I was at that food hall a couple weeks ago! I actually ended up getting the tandoori chicken at that Indian restaurant because Prince's fryer was broken 😅 It was good tho!

Princes is great. The mild is hotter than Hattie B’s. Also, head up to Moore’s spicy chicken, it’s in Hendersonville. Just be prepared to order, it’s run by one guy and he’s very curt. Maybe 30 min north of Nash.

Wow, the original location is gone? I went there at like 12:30am on a Saturday or something and it was definitely an interesting scene. Chicken was decent but a bit too oily for me. Spice level was on point though.

Hard to say, i've only really had hattie b's and my own. Because they are all so good, i never really bothered to try it from other places lol. I would rank Hattie B's as my favorite, just b/c it's really cheap for what the quality/service. (think Chick-fil-a prices but with WAY bigger portions)

Hattie B's is my favorite, but they don't seem to make their chicken fresh anymore :( still really good and I think they have the best spice mix. Princes is great too! Party Fowl is very bad imo, not worth trying.
