Loaded baked potatoes (and idc how loaded it is) is a side dish. Throw some brisket on it, it’s still a side to my steak. I’m Midwest too.

When Asian people look like this at 47, it makes a lot of sense that age is meaningless in anime. 😂

Is that arugula, red onions, and red bell peppers in that salad?a lemon based vinaigrette?

I thought that having an AS degree would help me get a good job for sure. That was a cruel reality check. Nobody gives a shit about my little piece of paper from a community college that has my name on it and insists I know things. Turns out I didn’t learn any of the things that employers were actually looking for, so, here I am, 6 years later, getting ready for work at my graveyard shift gas station job. I don’t even know if I have dreams anymore…

“Here’s why everything is better in restaurants because homemade is never the best” Homemade is always good bruh, if you can’t make good homemade food then that defines a bad cook/chef.

Ok, why order a salad if it just turns out to be junk food? I’d rather just order the junk food and have it taste way better?

Should measure the steak before salting. Not sure if you did but if the pre salted steak lost water from the salt then it wouldn't be accounted for

If your homemade burger is not ten times better than anything you could buy anywhere in any restaurant then you're not from Texas. Btw Cheddar came first and how is a burger made if not smashed? It is literally not a thing.

I went to culinary school for pastry arts and i actually found it pretty useful getting introduced to foods and techniques I had no experience with. But I could understand that for culinary. A good chunk of the culinary side was learning the names for things I already knew how to make.
