Very good job here, this is how i do my roasties, i would suggest if you can, you have to try goose fat or the fat rendered off the joint or chicken you are cooking. I once roasted mine under a leg of lamb and the flavoir was unreal. You then have to use the juices (seperated from the fat) to make the gravy and dip the potatos in, its insane how nice it cam be

Yes it’s pink salt but you can use regular sea salt
