I go to Rix and like to sit at the bar for breakfast. The bartender is usually Bethany and she is great and they open the bar up around 8am. I got these waffles back in May. They are pretty good but more of a fun thing and two people can easily split one order. The restaurant in the morning looks very empty because they don't intend to fill up so you still need an ADR or a little wait if you walk up eventhough it looks more than half empty.

We stayed at Coronado in April and had to wait a long time for our food when we went to Rix. But, I must admit, the food was worth the wait! Best grilled cheese ever! Nothing fancy or different, just crispy and delicious!!

The reason coffee might hurt your stomach might be the dairy in it. I would try asking for your coffee to be made with oat milk instead and it’s super yummy.
