In Philippines, they actually have a "corn" ice cream. It's a light corn flavor and pretty creamy. It's covered in some kinda shell that's shaped as a corn without the husk (shell reminds me of holy bread). It's a good snack and even the shell is a good touch. The brand's name is Aice.

In Brazil we traditionally have real corn ice cream that has the real flavor of corn and is extremely delicious, as well as corn juice, pamonha (a type of corn candy like a creamier cake) and cural (It's sweet too but it's real creamy), If you come to Brazil, I highly recommend trying these typical foods here, they are very good :D

Someone needs to make real corn ice cream with the same concept. That would be brilliant. It would be the only time I’d want corn syrup in my ice cream. The only ingredients goes as follows: Corn milk in the place of cow’s milk. Corn syrup and sugar could be 50/50, at 15-18g. Egg yolks Sweet corn extract and a hint of vanilla extract for flavor. And corn starch instead of gum to thicken it. Who else is going to try this?

There are many versions of corn ice cream, so you got the chocolate one, but I’ve tried like one with a pretty strong Cornish flavor and that one had real corn kernels and i have also tried one where it is just a very light corn taste. I literally just bought these today and they’re actually pretty good. the outside is very soft and the inside has vanilla ice cream with little chocolate pieces almost like chocolate chips and it also kind of grossed me out because it literally has real tiny corn pieces inside the ice cream. When I saw it, I was like “ew I don’t know if I wanna eat this anymore.” But there isn’t a lot of chunks of the corn so I guess it’s whatever but it’s actually pretty good and it comes with a lot of them inside. if you live near Florida, you should definitely go to Saint Petersburg and they have a MD oriental market and go to the ice cream section and you’ll find them. Or go to South Korea or another Asian country or city.

Honestly, when I first saw the corn ice cream a week ago, I was sceptical about it at first, but today I tried the ice cream, and it has has a hint of vanilla and pineapple with some chocolate. That was delicious, and I would like to recommend that ice cream!
