Trying the Wash Now Style Later Wavy/Curly Routine

My daughter does wash now style later. In fact, she wets and conditions her hair every time she takes a shower (but she only needs to wash her hair once a week). In the morning she wets her hair completely under the tub faucet, adds gel, scrunches it to develop the curl, and let's it airdry. Seems to work for her, but she does have fine thin wavy hair that she keeps fairly short, so it doesn't take a long time to dry.

Hope you feel better soon. I don’t have the patience for spray bottles. I would just soak it first. But will try next time I am ill.

Holy volume Batman! 😍 I've never tried it, but i have no desire to wash now style later, i don't think I'd have any motivation the next day to start over. I get the benefit for some people, but i prefer to just get it over with lol

Ive done it once and honestly never again. For me personally it's just not worth it. I'd rather just braid up my hair and let it loose the next day or 2 than wet it down and apply products. So I completely agree with you

Glad you're feeling better. Yeah, I have to agree with you. I would rather do it all at once. Those of us with a lot of thick, course hair (or even those with low density hair), wouldn't it be easier if we just stick our heads under a facet, than using a spray bottle? 🤔

Thank you. Yes it probably would be easier to stick it under a faucet but that would have been harder for me to film! Lol. Also I think for me it’s just easier in general to wash it in the shower and be done with it. Thank you for watching!
