The last recipe is a Brazilian recipe called brigadeiro, but the original recipe uses one can of condensed milk, 2 to 3 tablespoons of butter and 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder. You just mix everything in medium low heat until it gets that consistency.

Deni, "prosciutto crudo" is thin because you can eat it like it is. It is raw and ripe and there are many types (more sweet and soft or more salty and tough) and is really good if you put it among two slice of bread.
