Taking on the Fat Shack Sandwich Challenge at Fat Shack in Orlando, Florida! Hungry diners have 30 minutes to finish 3 9inch Fat Shack Sandwiches loaded with cheesesteak, fries, jalapeno poppers, chicken tenders, and mozarella sticks in order to earn their meal for free, $50 cash, a groovy t-shirt, and a spot up on Fat Shack's Wall of Legends! According to the owners, no women had EVER attempted this challenge at the Orlando location, so I was excited to pave the way for future attempts!!!

They stretch and train their stomach to hold larger amounts of food , some do this by eating 1-5 pound salads (increase how much you consume over time) some also water train however this method is risky and can lead to water intoxication and death . For example if you wanted to to a 10 pounds food challenge you would consume healthy food upping the amount until your stomach can fit 10 pounds of food , then the day before your competition dont eat let your stomach empty out but it will still be stretched and you will have space for your challenge

My goodness Katina, you are able to eat so much more than when I first started watching you. That was WAY before Covid. You really are amazing. I love your hair long and to be honest, I love how the physical looks on you too. When I 1st started to watch you, you were the first woman I had ever seen with all the body muscles you showed. What I don't like is when the house restaurant these challengers visit stack the odds to keep the challenge profitable instead of understanding that the challengers are putting the restaurant on the map for publicity.
