I had this same experience when I was around 6 (8 years ago) What they do is make you half asleep and give you painkillers so you don't feel pain. They then open your mouth wide so they can pull the teeth out easier and causing your cheeks puff (probably the main reason on why he sounds so special) After that they then proceed to take the teeth out. By the time you go home after the teeth removal surgery you might sound like this.
