Fun, I drink lemon water / tea daily, but too lazy to make every day. So I dedicate an hour or so on a weekend to making lemon and ginger juice. One average lemon contains about two table spoons of juice. I buy a couple bags of organic lemons usually about 15 lemons, juice them up freeze one tablespoon per cube in ice cube trays then transfer to freezer bags. So 30 tablespoons more or less. Freezes in a couple hours, then juice and freeze the ginger. For lemon water use 1 cube to 8 oz. water. I nuke for 35 seconds and add 1 cube each lemon and ginger to 1 1/2 cups black tea with stevia and 1 tsp of raw honey for a yummy pre breakfast drink. 😁👍👍👍👍👍
