@dinkelbroetchenlover6 жыл бұрын
It's not cool being multilingual, it's rather annoying LOL
@corey_el6 жыл бұрын
do u mind if i ask how so? i legit just studied the advantages/disadvantages of bilingualism in a psych class. is it annoying to switch btw languages or...? also for the record, most people in the world are multilingual and i personally think that a lot of the reason why many americans are so fkn ignorant towards other cultures is bc we're stubbornly monolingual -_-
@dinkelbroetchenlover6 жыл бұрын
When it comes to certain vocabularies it's sometimes a tough game to stay in one language. I'm a native German speaker but use English a lot (almost daily actually) and sometimes I'm at places like supermarkets and certain words only come out in English but not in German. Some of my friends have the same issue. Imagine writing an English essay that's super important for your future but your head somehow wants to write Spanish instead LOL Maybe it's not that bad when you really grew up with two languages at once, but if you're someone who started speaking a second language at a higher age it can be really... annoying.
@corey_el6 жыл бұрын
that makes a lot of sense, thank u! my friend who grew up in the US like me but spoke Polish with her parents all through childhood goes to school in Poland now, and she talks about how she never learned academic polish vocabulary so she thinks she could sound more intelligent in english and it's frustrating
@liwzie6 жыл бұрын
i guess it vary. ive been studying english for some years now and i dont think its that hard. my native language is brazilian portuguese and where i study they teach us since the beginning to not even think in portuguese, so this way you force yourself to learn things as if the language that youre studying is the only one in the world. idk how to explain it lol but i think its easy to learn, you just need to put effort in it. here in brazil ppl usually arent multilingual either, even though we have english classes since 5th grade.

Use a toner not purple shampoo , shampoo is temporarily and should only be used to refresh an already toned/dyed hair, toner will help get rid of yellowness along with making the hair appear more even :)
@Jadiewady6 жыл бұрын
I'm pretty sure they are quite similar though. They both add a purple colour to your hair which neutralises the yellow. And that colour will wash out eventually. Or at least that's what I've always read. (I've been bleaching and toning for 10+ years)
@adi-qf2wb6 жыл бұрын
Jadiewady purple shampoo has sulfates that strip the hair of moisture on top on adding in light color. A toner is stronger, specific to your level of blonde and doesn't strip the hair of moisture
@Jadiewady6 жыл бұрын
Oh ok yes then I get what you mean and I definitely agree. It's such a weird idea to combine shampoo with purple dye, because the shampoo is what washes the colour out. I make my own toner by mixing lilac dye with white conditioner. Cheap and works really well!
@cutsbydrew6 жыл бұрын
Jadiewady hairdresser here! toner uses a developer so it actually penetrates the cuticle and changes the tone of the hair in the cortex, where as a purple shampoo is vert alkaline because is trying to open the cuticle as much as it can. Purple shampoo will dry the hair out because of this, whereas a toner will put proteins back into the hair shaft and then seal the cuticle down after giving it shine and smoothing it down
@cutsbydrew6 жыл бұрын
Lemon Lee actually toner is good for the hair ! toner seals the cuticle down and puts proteins back into the hair shaft and gives the hair shine !

I was like that too Nami, because I was in foster care, didn't have money and had strict foster parents, whenever I got nice things/gifts from others I would just keep it and look at it but wouldn't use it as I tried to preserve it but then people would think I didn't appreciate their gifts because I wasn't using them up. Would do that with everything and cherished all I got, even when I ate food I would eat so slowly. Love from a fellow Torontonian

Haha I’m so happy my hair hasn’t fallen off yet, if I’m honest, I’m going to be toning it next week, just to give my hair a break.cant wait to see the end result eeekk

sen 3.14 surprisingly, it feels decently healthy for what I put it through haha. It just feels slightly rougher than it used to. I can Thank coconut oil for that, I literally soaked my hair in oil and applied multiple times over two nights, then bleached my hair over that each time. Also left a lot of time between each bleaching sessions. Its super stretchy like a band when wet though, which is normal I suppose.

Hello I do the discoloration in a way that does not damage the hair. Before making the discoloration pass liquid Keratin on the whole hair, pass hydrogen peroxide 30 volumes down and 40 volumes from the middle up. Leave 1h. So it will not get stained or even detached. Kisses from Brazil.

what helped me when my hair was blotchy like this, i used a semi permanent hair dye, like the ones that only last like 8 hair washes in a medium blonde shade. after i applied, all my hair looked golden blonde. when washing out i used silvershampoo and in the end it was evenly light blond. it is always hard to achieve an even color only through bleaching without toning.

Level 40 is smart for virgin hair, but omg on hair that's already bleached, you should've used like 20 or 30 max
@NameePark6 жыл бұрын
If it is korean hair, 20 or 30 would not lift it past the orange orange yellow for her ends T T I tried my roots with 20, had to go 4x cuz I wasn’t getting lift past level 6 or 7 😭
@markoh31065 жыл бұрын
@@NameePark I'm a hairdresser and I've bleached different types of Asian hair many times and I've never used 40 vol with bleach. At school we were told that if you start bleaching with 40 vol there is a risk that you end up "burning" the orange into the hair which makes later bleach applications less effective. You're destroying the inner structure of the hair more than you are bleaching the pigments. With Olaplex you need to always bump up your developer but with 40 vol there is no next strength available which is actually a good thing because with 50 vol untrained people would cause even more damage to their scalp. So with Olaplex you need to use 30 vol in order to achieve 20 vol results. In the video you said you used Olaplex for the bleach but then you used a bond connector from a different brand. Olaplex is not interchangeable with other products. It is the only brand using the active ingredient called bis-aminopropyl diglycol dimaleate which in many tests has been proven to be the most effective. It is better to bleach with a milder developer many times than try to do it with a strong bleach at once. Especially when going from black to platinum blonde. Sometimes it is better to to it gradually so at first your would go to level 7 or 8 and use a level 8 cool shade to neutralize the brassiness and after a month or to continue with bleaching.

Taking proper care and evaluating what you did with hers made it as Michael said vibrant and might I add very luscious. This is your first step to adding that hair salon professions to your many feats. Let none tell you that you can’t do it because you can even if that little voice telling you otherwise. You ignore it and make it pay rent because it’s stayed for free for way to long. 😊 I hope everyone is feeling great and all is okay I wish you all a brighter tomorrow.

Brush your hair with a hair brush before you shower! Then after you shower, if you comb your hair wet, you shouldn’t shed as much. If you brush your hair often, you’ll notice less shedding because you are smoothing out and detangling hair that would shed anyway XD
