I honestly think that your art can be recreated in any program :D i used to use ibis (but I finally swapped to procreate) and I have to say that the brushes on there can recreate your style!! Also the art at the end looks super good even in MS paint :,)

As someone who used Ms paint for years, your style is definitely recreatable there, it’ll just have a pixelated look since the most useful tools in Ms paint don’t have anti aliasing. But it’d probably turn out clean!

MS paint is actually quite good for pixel art, just zoom all the way in, and you can easily start drawing with pixels.

So cute!! There's actually a trick you can use in ms paint to basically use layers (even tho they dont exsist) I can remember which button it is as its been years since I used ms paint fully, but it's probably right clicking when drawing, but you have to has your primary colour the the colour you wish to draw over, and your secondary colour the one you wish to change the existing colour to. For example, the brown lines on her head could have been swapped with this method, using black as the primary colour and brown as the secondary and switching it over while drawing with right click (its been a while since i used the original ms paint so not sure if this is fully correct, the new version i tried it and couldnt figure out how to do it there :/ years after.)

"Art style is how you draw so medium won't majorly affect things" aside for a program to be able to make good mari style 1. Does it have layers 2. Does it have clipping/alpha lock 3. Does it have anti-aliasing If your program meets these three points then you can make mari style art (even if not but whdneosndwn)
