Nadine Felice I just started reading this ECQ my brother has a lot of book . I’m reading the “Do less Achieve More by Chin Ning Chu” - I actually no have any tip yet ate Nades para makatapos ka ng book kasi ngayon ngayon lang din po ako nag read :((( hahah I guess if mag decide ka na po mag read really give you 100% focus stay away from distractions like phone / netflix lol . Next ko po yung 7 Habit of Effective People (my brother has it also glad that I have these hand me down books I save a lot! 😂💛) Stay safe! 💛

I just finished How To Kill a Mockingbird the other day. I've put it on hold for months but I picked it up again since were on ECQ and I wanted to move on to new books. Best decision if my life. It wasn't exactly an easy read but it was worth it. Now Im reading Les Miserables and Angels and Demons.

I make sure to read 1.5 hours per day and that’s a huge help. ^^

Nadine Felice For me I ensure that my mind is really ready to read a book because it's really hard to focus if your mind is not ready or your forcing it to!! Finished Tuesdays with Morrie last week and it's def worth the read!! Planning to read The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck by Mark Manson uhhh prolly, next week hehe ❤️ such a great video, Nadine!

I also have the same dilemma in reading books and I know it's not good but one thing I've been practicing to be able to finished it is by putting it in my todo list and make a goal that is really doable. Then little by little you'll achieve it haha. Love it. ❤️

same struggles when quarantine started. like I just wanted to finish all my physical books since they've been with me for quite a long time and some of which are books given to me recently but I just couldn't find the energy to actually get one and read. when I saw a post about 5 books to read while quarantine, I checked it. I couldnt remember what news site was it. I got one from that site, downloaded it and finished it in a day and it was a good read. 95 pages. so I started looking for short reads since I noticed it's effective until I went to 200+ pages. the books I read so far since ECQ extension were CONVENIENCE STORE WOMAN by Sayaka Murata, THE ALCHEMIST by Paulo Coelho, BELL JAR by Sylvia Plath, and some poetry books by Mary Oliver. I'm down to my 5th novel. maybe it's helpful to start with short reads and work your way from there. happy reading 🧡🧡🧡 me super like-y contents like this + it's Nadine paaaa hahuhuhu my heart

So interesting because I'm a night reader. It helps me stay off screens, so I can sleep more easily. I definitely get through my chick literature books faster than my self-help books because I enjoy it more (and easier to digest). I read my self-help book at least once a week to stimulate my mind. would love to see a video on how you take notes for personal reading.

When I want to get back on reading, I usually either read a book that I’ve already read or a new book that is “light” and “easy”. That starts my momentum in reading more or new books! I relate with you on reading books in the morning. I just get it done whenever I start early. Though for some books (Midnight Circus), I only read them at night bec the late night vibe was so in-sync with the story. So I either associate reading with a time or warm-up to get my momentum!

*I love learning. I love knowing others’ perspectives in life. I want to apply them in my life too. Reading helps you open your mind. I love reflecting. Reading triggers your emotions. It is challenging in a way that it can help you SO MUCH. *my last read is milk and honey *my tip is find a book that you are deeply interested to the point that you can’t put it down
