Always nice to see different outcomes from using the same main ingredient/theme like udon in this case! I was guessing there will be stir fried udon, but not! I especially love the last dish, grated ginger starchy soup noodle and miso nikomi udon (Nagoya's) which is not in this week. I would love to try Gotou udon that I've never tried before. Gin's mon, Gin and you are so good at cooking! BTW, as you've known, muscle, fat, bone mineral density and mass are different by ethnicity. I hope your confidence towards your health is not affected by majority of comments and projections. I just love one week challenge under the theme with so many ideas of home cooking by you guys!

yeah the last udon was really delicious! i think it is called "go-shima" udon! lol (i know we said it wrong many people told us!) I know i need to lose weight but i hope to do it slowly and if or until i do i will keep moving as much as possible and going to the dr to make sure my health still looks good. Everyone struggles with something and weight is one of my main struggles. But it not something i panic about and just try to keep working on it! Thanks for the encouragement! I think everyone gives advice cuz they worry about and care about me, So I am happy for the comments!
