Tell Christian I tried out his chicken and rice recipe, and it turned out great! I coated the chicken with some leftover taco seasoning I happened to have in the cupboard, and it came up a dang treat. Tell Jan to stay away from my house. I also have blades, and no toilet paper. To fulfill Dean's request, here we go. Anxiety is definitely something that I have had to deal with for a very long time. Not just hereditary, but also because of the effect that culture has on me. I think the first think that I did to start finding ways to handle the anxiety better was accepting it for what it was. Knowing that there was something stopping me from doing things that I wanted to do. It is still really hard to live with, but we all do. The effect that it has on me has made it so there are a lot of goals, and dreams, that I haven't pursued because of it. I have thought about making videos, writing music, animating, producing a short film, for years. Then the anxiety steps in and everything seems like too much. That clip of James McAvoy is a perfect way to visualize it. You are stuck in a room that is consistently closing itself on you. No matter what you do it keeps closing. Ironically, the room is made of mirrors, which causes a different level of fear. Because of the walls closing in, I find myself giving up on things more than I complete them. Alas, hope is definitely not lost. I know that it is a battle everyday, but one that I will fight. I am really glad to have the Crew in my life and have so many videos that I can watch and rewatch. During these times I think we are all experience a new kind of anxiety, one that we haven't had to experience in our life times. I know that I feel powerless to all of this. Though I have found that the stuff that Clint has said about staying active is very important. Keep your body moving so that your brain isn't polluting your thoughts with anxiety and fear. There is definitely hope and not to completely agree with Jan, but prepare just in case we are quarantined for longer. Gather some books that you can use to keep your mind healthy. Use Skillshare and other resources to keep the growth of your mind going. Stay safe and know that we aren't in this alone. The scary part is that this is happening to the entire world, but I think that we can find comfort in knowing that we are all going through this and we can help each other fight this psychological war that is caused by being locked in our houses. To anyone that reads this, we got this. Be alert, not anxious, and know that we are all in this together. Last thing, thank you guys, all of those over at Corridor, for still doing their best to keep the world positive and moving towards a better tomorrow. I always look forward to the next video. Love you guys!

Good on Clint. Something I've learned doing mixed martial arts my whole life is actually related to working out. Most of my gyms were located inside workout gyms, and shame is the number one reason people don't work out! People will always find a way to make eachother feel bad, no matter what. They make fun of their weight, of the excercises they do, the way they do sit ups, the size weights they use, even their workout clothes... it needs to stop. Just do what you can. I have 1000x more respect for the chubby person on the treadmill all day, than I do for the fitness models lifting huge weights. It takes courage to get out there and do it. Have pride in your mission, have confidence in your determination to go for it. Don't let anyone stop you from trying to better yourself. Bravery and determination are worthy of respect. If you absolutely cannot face it, find a 24hr gym and go in the middle of the night, or hit up craigslist for some cheap equipment, or find a friend to split cost with and help motivate eachother! (Avoid being competitive, unless that's how you motivate yourself.. but be weary that your competitive attitude might come across wrong and hurt your friend.) Don't try to push eachother, but pull eachother forward. Pushing can be taken wrong, but a hand up is always seen as helpful. I have one lung, and cancer and I get looks going to the gym and using 2lbs to excercise... but I have severe nerve damage and I have physical therapy to do. I don't worry about other people, I just focus on my goal. Motorcycle riding ADV and moto camping! I want yo get strong and healthy enough again to go camping alone on my bike, and take my nieces and nephews for rides! Wierd looks and condescending muscle bros won't stop me! Do what you can. Anything is better than nothing! Good luck!

For Dean: I’m still in high school, and I always was and still am 100% satisfied with my being. I’m rarely down or upset and schools a bit of a breeze. I’ve always had tremendous anxiety, not performance, but just dwelling on things I shouldn’t, which always resulted in lack of sleep. But that was it. Until recently about 1 month ago, I just couldn’t cope. I don’t know why or how, I had no assignments coming up and it was a Friday but I just felt anxious the whole day. I didn’t/couldn’t talk to any of friends and ignored my family when I got home. And then i cried non stop for hours. It’s probably the first time I’d cried from something that wasn’t immense pain in years. The next day I woke up fine after an early thoughtless sleep. Idk I was so fucked up by it that my parents noticed the change without me even talking to them. And I didn’t cry out loud. I’ve been fine ever since and still have trouble sleeping. Nowadays I meditate to go to sleep. I breath deep breaths and imagine that the breaths in are a cartoon wave rising and the breaths out are the falling. Idk just thought I’d share in case someone else wants to try it. With cheers from down under -me

I’ve been dealing with anxiety and all that stuff for a long time… and to not dwell on the future for too long this is what I do, I watch videos all day and take my mind off it.

Thanks Dean. I've been struggling with anxiety for a while as well, and it's nice to know I'm not alone. I've been going to therapy (mostly for depression, but anxiety as well), and it's helped me a lot. It sucks that therapy is so expensive, I wish everyone had access to it, but like you said talking about anxiety can help us all out and can offer some relief. Love you guys, stay safe

Thanks Dean, its hard to not be anxious right now, it's the perfect mix of uncertainty and pessimism. Trying to keep my head above water so I'm very grateful that I'm staying with family during this crisis.

Hey Dean, I wanna say thank you for being someone in the corridor crew that I could relate to. I've had multiple experiences with anxiety. I've thought of what my future is going to be and if I would fail in life and be unsuccessful. I've also been dwelling on what people think about me and If I'm doing things right or wrong. Thanks for acknowledging this. - Z

The real question is not whether Jan is sane. The question is whether Jan's mental health has deteriorated during the quarantine.

I broke my arm when I was 13, when I got the cast off, I then went to a youth event we’re we were playing basically tag in the dark, I was short at the time and very weak. And all the other kids were bigger and I was afraid of breaking my arm again, so I went outside and had a panic attack, I cried for a bit, and then started praying, I wanted to have fun and didn’t want to stay a weak for the rest of my life, and I got better, I grew taller and my arm got stronger. Thanks Dean, for reminding me how far I came.
