The problem, as I see it, is the lack of consistency on both sides. If games more often ended as a 2 dead 2 escape there would be less entitlement. Because you can get streaks of several 4k's in a row, or several games where all survivors escape, there is more of an expectation for those results.

@@Zennethe I've been following tofu longer than tru3 just for the map videos but tru3 helped me reach rank 1in less than half a year into this game both killer and survivor. And all my friends for their role preferences. Honestly I understand where tru3's arguments come from and there is extremely little I disagree with him on but back to this video; viability was not used in it's definition here. Viability is a matter of design in dbd. A master player who can play nurse and say pig to their best potential will know that pig is not viable enough to handle as much as nurse. And Nurse isn't at her fullest viability in certain maps and if survivors are extra stealthy while being extra careful so she can still have a hard time. It doesnt mean just cause you can get a 4k against survivors who aren't skilled all of a sudden the killer's potential is at it's highest. You rely on the best of the best and 4 of those in 1 team to make that decision. Maps can count too because they affect the odds. yada yada

I don't get your problem with Dead Hard, literally the whole point of the perk is to not go down when you normally would have. Like all exhaustion perks, it a way to waste the killers time except unlike with something like sprint burst, Dead Hard lets you play loops more aggressively while Sprint Burst gives you distance. In theory both perks are just as good at wasting the killers time.

Dead hard isn't really that difficult to use. If you are looping and you make a mistake that would normally cost you a down but because you have dead hard boom instant free pass. It is rather useless in open areas though.

Dead Hard is on demand. Lithe requires setup and Sprint Burst is either only at the start of a chase or needs a lot of setup to 99 it(it also can't be 99d while also working on a gen. Whereas DH just gives you extra distance whenever without any setup needed.

But what about optimized SWF groups? You think it's possible to dominate them with every killer? I really don't think so. Usually only top tier killers with extra mobility, like Nurse, Billy and Spirit, are viable against them because the game mechanics don't allow you to dominate them otherwise. They have to make mistakes in order for you to win and if they can coordinate generator repair via voice chat, even best Nurse players can struggle with applying enough pressure. As for Dead Hard, the difference is that DH requires you to press action key at the right moment. Press it too early and you waste it, press it too late and you're downed. Unlike other exhaustion perks, DH requires some skill to use which is why I like this perk. It may be cheap to use for gaining distance but I think that's fine. There are ways to counter this and it usually ends up with a dropped pallet.

I don't like to pallet loop as survivor. I think it's better to play stealthy and hide from the killer so he wastes his time looking for people. When it comes to pallets, I find that it's best dropping them early so you can run early.

Ok, first of all, looping doesn't have anything to do with playing stealthy, you can play stealthy and pallet loop and not play stealthy and not pallet loop. Second of all, think about it, you want to waste as much killer's time as you possibly can, so what do you do? You go to a pallet and instantly drop it and have to find another pallet/window, while killer can just go around it without even breaking it or do you loop killer around pallet, wasting his time, then at right moment dropping it, wasting more killer's time because now he has to destroy it (not even mentioning that he can be stunned) and you'll still have more than enough time to go to next pallet/window. There is really no reason to not pallet loop, it's the best thing survivor can do to waste killer's time, if you don't you are just honestly doing it wrong, if you want to become good survivor you have to learn how to loop killer properly and make best use of pallets instead of just wasting them.

I have been getting with every killer without perks and addons to rank 1, its really really easy against just arvage survivors. However, if and this is a *BIG IF* you go against good rank 1 survivor in a swf team that actually try to win, then only S tier have a good chance still winning, A tier killers still can win, but you have be good with that killer not just arvage you really have to be good in order to go against a tryhard rank 1 swf team with an A tier killer and even s tier killer depending on there skill level. *The point is* , while I do often get that survivors, it is mostly just at the start of season reset bevause only then the tryhard survivors are already after 2 days at rank 1 again.

It is a bad perk on every killer cus you're not suposed to miss

How could that Claudette be so dumb?! All she had to do was let you hit her and then use the time when the killer has to collision to run through you to get the hatch!
