Harissa with Chicken? Sorry, it’s lamb, or may be Veal, here in Kuwait. It’s is a national dish for us in Ramadan (usually on Mondays & Thursdays where we share it with neighbours) We don’t stir it; we beat the heck of it with big wooden spoon. Hence, the name harissa (minced). Served with Butter, & Cinammon+Sugar powders mix.
