Hi! In the fresh shrimp salad dish the ingredient that u mentioned it's lotus stem and can make a lot menu from it,such as stir fried, spicy salad and orange curry.it's crunchy and a lot of fiber,enjoy eating.❤❤❤

Linda, in my view Jon can reflect an exotic taste like Thai taste to Western people better than you because your taste is closer to the food expert reviewer and you can tolerate more hot and spiciness than him. The second plate of that spicy salad I gave thumbs up to Jon. This is why we can see so many foreigners at Pier 21. However your response to any food is always in my list ❤ thank you for honestly reflecting on food.
