What restaurants do I have to hit up on my next trip to NYC!?!
@randy86513 ай бұрын
Katz’s Deli, Shanghai 21 on Mott Street. Mama Jo’s breakfast cart. Try those I don’t think you will be disappointed. There are some other spots in Queens like Colombian restaurants you would enjoy. La Pequeña Colombia on Roosevelt Ave. Forgot Dominican food La Cabaña in Corona Queens.
@jennifercpow3 ай бұрын
If you want the best pizza in NYC then you need to try John’s of Bleecker Street. Katz’s deli will offer up the most insanely large sandwiches you ever seen. The meat sweats for weeks. lol

Ichiran for Ramen. The original Halal Guys on 6th Avenue & W 53rd St. Levain Bakery for cookies. La Bonne Soupe for the French Onion and quiche. Rib No. 7 is pretty pricey but delicious too. Just to name a few but NYC is a melting pot of amazing food, look for "the diamond in the rough" 😂❤

You HAVE to take a train to Flushing and do a food crawl around Main Street (no pun intended). The best Chinese food you'll find in the US. I'm Chinese and grew up here and all I can say is that the whole vibe of Main Street at night is like Times Square and Hong Kong mixed together with authentic cuisine everywhere you look. No one really recommends this to people visiting NY, but you seriously gotta experience it! Check Flushing food crawl videos here because they're all good!
@theboringkaren3 ай бұрын
I agree! My roommates and I would take a trip there for bubble tea, too. I miss those days!
@sjrichards83 ай бұрын
Couldn't agree more. Plus you don't even need to walk around much with all these food halls on every block. New World Mall, Tangram Food Hall, Golden Mall, New York Food Court, Queens Crossing, and so many smaller hole in the wall ones. Flushing is a must 100%
@brianc18953 ай бұрын
If you visit NY and don't hit up Flushing, you're not only missing out on the wide variety of authentic food and these cool new fusion pop ups, but you're missing out on some real Chinese culture. My friend takes me around to eat there and every time it just makes your mouth drop especially at night. Literally feels like you're in China unlike Manhattan which is more touristy.
@brent.cole943 ай бұрын
YES!! Finally someone who mentions a place that's not the cliche and overrated. You'll never find this kind of authentic chinese food anywhere else in the world. This is literally your chance. You hit up some amazing favorites of mine in this video, I highly recommend taking a trip to Flushing and doing an asian food crawl. It'll make you seriously question the Chinese food you've been eating in Orlando all this time lol
@BrendanCorey-uc9hh3 ай бұрын
The Flushing scene today is absolutely spectacular. Cheap amazing eats every storefront you walk by and hipster food halls literally on every block. Just a note that almost all of these places are cash only and simply point to the item or picture/number on the menu if you can't speak. Also since we're talking about Flushing, you gotta stop by Citi Field for the Mets vs Yankees Subway Series at night on the 25th or 26th. It's only a 1 mile walk from Main Street, Flushing. This stadium is rated the best food in all of sports + it's also one of the biggest games of the year for both teams. Hope you have an amazing time here in NY!
