With the green clean after you massage it in on the dry skin with makeup, before you rinse it off completely, you need to add just a bit of water to emulsify it, massage it again and then rinse it off. That will remove all of that mascara you had left over under your eyes. And you should use a second cleanse afterwards.

Just an FYI! When using any kind of cleansing oil or cleansing balm you should always double cleanse. Use the balm/oil first then another type of cleanser after.

When you use the Green Clean balm, on your eyes and lashes, actually rub it into your lashes. It will break down even my waterproof mascara. Also, don’t do the splashing water to rinse your face. Use a warm wet washcloth and everything will come off the first time.

I love that 3 barrel tool! The very best way to use it is to put your hair in Dutch braids while wet and then let it dry and then take them out once they dry and then use that tool to crimp the very bottom and very tops. If you let the braids dry overnight you wake up in the morning take the braids out do the very bottom and the very top and it looks so good and takes less than 10 mins!

They key to cleansing balms is you have to emulsify them!! So you get your hands wet and then continue massaging into your skin. That’s where the “milky lather” comes from and that’s what actually lifts the makeup that’s been broken up by the oils off of your face. And you should always follow with a water-based cleanser afterwards to remove any oil residue.

For the three pronged “curler” as you called it, it’s a crimper! I used to use one for a while years ago. You can actually get a similar look if you braid your hair while it’s wet and let it dry in the braids (like if you wet your hair and braid it before bed), it’s better for your hair since there’s no heat!
@WhimsicalCrochet
@WhimsicalCrochet 4 жыл бұрын
Em Floyd it’s actually a three pronged curler, a crimper is very different and is meant to put texture into your hair, this creates actual beach wave curls which you can not get from braiding your hair, braiding your hair crimps it. If you look it up, they’re called three prong curling wands.
@nicolenbbw7947
@nicolenbbw7947 4 жыл бұрын
I always called it a 3 barrel iron, and I called them crimps not curls. But I guess they'd be best described as waves, since they are not those tight 80s crimps

I use the Green Clean with the Makeup Eraser (or any gentle face cloth) to wash it off. It works wonders for eye makeup. Chances are the other eye makeup removers work well because of the cotton round. If you only use your hands it’s hard to get into those lashes! Highly recommend trying again with a damp makeup eraser and I promise all that eye makeup will come off.

I feel for you! My 8 week old is most awake from 11pm - 2am! Trying so hard to get him on a better schedule before I return to work!

Love, love, love Farmacy Green Clean cleansing balm! I use it on my face only, not my eyes. I alternate between this balm and the Clinique Take the Day Off balm. When using the Green Clean I immediately smelled lime sherbet upon first use!!

My favourite balm for removing make up is ultra bland from lush. It literally melts make up away. I use a wet washcloth to make sure my skin is super clean, and it leaves skin moisturised. Love it.

Try out korean skincare. Banila Co has something like that (different variants for different skin types) and it takes EVERYTHING off. Other great brands are also Cosrx, Etude House, Nature Republic, and Mediheal. Laniege is also a korean brand so you already have some idea on it 🙂
