While serving in the United States Marine Corps in 1992, I was stationed on the island of Okinawa Japan for a year. The city of Naha had a McDonalds, and I was totally "WEIRDED OUT" by the menu. I tried to play it safe and get a burger as the rest of the menu was all Greek to me. I did not like the burger. The beef tasted different and did not resemble the American version at all. I never ate at McDonald's in Okinawa Japan again. I must say, some of the food items you purchased looked appetizing, but my dining experience was also 32 years ago. Thanks for the video, Sean

Yay! Your food reviews are back! ♥️ Also, you and me eat the same! I'm always dropping things and making a mess too. My brother gets irrationally frustrated at me. Not even kidding. My brother's gf recently made fun of me and said I "eat like Edward Scissorhands". Coming from anyone else, I would have appreciated and loved that observation but coming from her, I know there's malice underneath. Ugh. Anyway, long live adult messy eaters! I really thought it was just me......I'm kinda crying now but it's good tears, lol.

This was really fascinating Sean. To see the different items they had at McDonalds in Japan. The green cream soda i thought was a shamrock shake when you first got it. The bacon potato pie sounded interesting but your face when you ate it told a different story. Glad to hear at least the fries were consistently good. Really fun video Sean. Best to you sir

At least you had the bonus of the food looking like the advertised image !! Here in the UK the fast food, especially Mac Donald’s is diabolically presented and often looks like it’s been trodden on before it’s put in the box ! Hope you’re gonna work off all those calories Sean.😏

'the chicken tastes artificial'....... East a meal in McDonald's 😂😂😂😂😂
@lutherheggs4517 ай бұрын
The sad thing is its highly likely its less artificial that the shit they sell in the US. But Americans are so engrained to think that the artificial shit tastes so great. Literally every other country on the planet has higher food standards and higher regulations for what garbage additives, preservatives etc. can be in their food. Its why chocolate from ANY other country on the planet tastes worlds better than the shit and garbage filled chocolate sold in the US.

Sean, did you think about trying chicken sashimi while in Japan. I saw Anthony Bourdain eat Toriashi during an episode at a Yakitori restaurant in Japan. He liked it. Chickens are raised much differently in Japan than the US. Still, I’d probably pass on eating raw chicken.

Mcdonald's in America is poisoning us. Sadly, actually every fast food joint is, but I would love to try it in other countries because they use real ingredients.
