Granted, some of them are clearly BS to begin with. For instance, running a microwave without any water in it is super dangerous for your microwave (normally the waves get absorbed by the water in food, but without water there's nowhere for the waves to go except for the microwave itself), and there's no plausible way that you could make a diamond that easily. Yeah, synthetic diamonds exist, but they require a lot more machinery than that. A lot of these are obviously scams. The salt crystal one worked really well though

Fun fact! The first egg one was a science experiment we did in class as a kid. It’s supposed to teach you about how cells transfer things through the cell wall because in order for the egg not to burst the vinegar needs to transfer through the shell without breaking it fully. The shell gets eaten away enough to keep only a thin layer. I think ours also had a part two which has the vinegar egg absorbing something else and getting bigger. The egg is always liquid in the middle but because the video tutorial didn’t explain anything you’d never know why
