I am low rated, but here's my analysis :D I see Bc8 You can't take it with the rook and I am threatening a mate in 1 so you either Ne6 attacking the rook and defending f8 (which is a bad move) or Kf8 but then it is Rb7 (black probably won't sac a queen so he needs to escape), and you make black to trade (and he doesn't want to trade) He has two moves after Bc8, one is completly losing and the other is still losing :D Is it correct analysis? edit: I didn't mention, after Rb7 black can also immediately take the rook, but it doesn't make a difference at this point

At 3:28 after rook to b8. Can't Ben go rook c8 check? And after b8 rook takes c8rook then bishop takes the rook back on c8. After that alex's other rook on a8 is stuck. And the Queen can take any moment. If rook takes the bishop then it's mate for Ben because of Queen takes back, and back rank mate. So if he wants to save the rook he can play Queen to d5. And then Ben takes Alex's Queen on d5, and after night takes back then bishop b7 is a fork on the knight and rook.

Maybe black plays Qd5?
@williams3552
@williams3552 3 жыл бұрын
@@jessebl6073 So i thought yeah, but the thing is if he plays Queen to d5 protected by the knight. Ben can actually Just take the Queen in a Queen trade. And after knight recaptures Ben's Queen on d5. Ben can play bishop to b7 and it's a fork on the knight and rook. Only good move for black is rook to d8 protecting the knight and getting out of the bishops vision. But if Ben plays rook to either e1 og c1 the knigt will not be protected anymore. Because now, if bishop takes the knight, and the rook recaptures. Nothing is protecting Alex from back rank check mate. So rook from either e1 or c1 to e8 or c8 is now checkmate

Does rook c1 work?
@prukyyy
@prukyyy 3 жыл бұрын
@@jamesstephan707 i went with this, if lenderman takes rook on c8 ben traps his rook on a8, because lenderman has to take his rook and after bishop takes on c8 he bascially traps his rook because rook cant go anywhere, only move to stop ben from taking lendermans rook is queen d5 and there if ben takes his queen on d5, lenderman takes his queen on d5 with knight, but then ben can win up a peace, he can play bishop b7 to attack rook and his knight, lenderman has to protect his knight on d8 and ben takes knight by playing rook d1, because lendermans knight cant move and if he does move knight, ben can take his rook on d8, so bishop just takes the knight on d5 and its a win
