Omg I worked (and live) where the giant mining trucks Keith was talking about are made! 😮😊 Can confirm they are HUGE. They assemble them in the factory, test them, then disassemble, ship them out on 8 separate semis to the mine/jobsite, and then reassemble for use. Is that nuts??

Talking about the year 1000, the Norman Conquest began in Britain in 1066. Before then Britain was heavily influenced by Scandinavia. After they were conquered they started to transition to the historically British country we know of today, such as with castles and knights. If the conquest did not happen, they would likely be very similar to Scandinavian countries of today.

When I was in high school my friend and I would stakeout our friend's houses with coffee, doughnuts, and walkie talkies. We would talk to each other on the walkies sitting next to each other in the car. And when a car drove by we'd drop our seats back and lay horizontally to hide. It was so much fun.
