For what it's worth, the talent that you have recruited as rotating 4th "Guys" have all turned out to be fantastic! Even the episodes where 2 people from that rotating team fill out the foursome are great. I am not really your target demographic because I'm closer in age to your parents, but I have really enjoyed seeing Kwesi, Johnny, Marissa, and Jared. And if an old broad like me finds them entertaining, then younger viewers probably like them even more. The three of you simply cannot be in every single video and still maintain manageable lives. You are in the busiest of your young adult years, starting your families, and taking other entertainment job opportunities when they present themselves. So don't feel bad about the changes. You found some great people to help carry the load, and the nameless entity who used to be in your videos (and complicated things immensely for your company recently) is not missed.

Guys, not sure if anybody from the team reads these comments, but I have to say that both Marissa and Jonni where so good as hosts during the live, really funny and charming. But I really wish he at least sometimes did some things he could really shine in, its such a pleasure to watch.

How to do the live plog without renting a theatre idea: You make it a ticketed event but the meet up place is a park or something. The way you make sure people are only there who paid is by having people sign in and get a wristband and one of those tour guide headsets so they can hear everything while following you guys so you can go for a hike or wander a park and everyone can always hear you guys. It's so great that they keep giving as this info about the behind the scenes. It's transparent, honest and trustbuilding. Them offering all those insights even makes us viewers reevaluate our judgements of previous things. It creates a special bond between creators-audience, in a way that makes us care more about them, and them have a less tight rope to walk on when things don't go as well as desired. It's a bold but paying off move. Thanks, guys!

I relate a lot to what Zach said about feeling like the art we create only counts if it's some significant magnum award-winning opus. I used to think I'd "make it" as a narrative designer once I landed a job at a studio creating big story-driven open-world titles. I ended up taking a different route. I write for phone games now, and I absolutely love it. I may not be making a serious story, but I'm giving someone a moment of brevity during their day and hopefully a chuckle or two from my puns. The first time I saw someone post about my game highlighting a fun reference I made was amazing--too know my goofy bit of humor made someone happy enough to post about it is just...wow. I appreciate all of the effort the guys here do to give us a moment of joy. These videos and the plog are my go to media at the end of the day because I know they'll make me smile. What they've created is incredibly valuable and I'm glad they recognize that :)

Can I just say, I didn't see it as a "oh crap we need something NOW" video, and the dance video was one of my favorites this year. I would love to see that video developed into a fuller fledged idea in the coming year. You could even throw back to that video with a "this is where our skills were 6 months to a year ago. Let's take class again now and see if it's any easier or more comfortable for us." Then you could add that part 2/3 of practicing for a week or attending more classes for a month and then having some big performance at the end.

I know you guys probably won’t ever see this, but I wanted to add some more love here in the comment section (and also because I learned that even if other people are saying the same thing, commenting helps videos do well in the algorithm). I literally listened to this while at my dentist appt yesterday and can I just say, I am LOVING this new thing of you guys being completely transparent - or at least as transparent as you can be. Even the rant in the Cosco vlog was honestly refreshing and informative. You don’t owe us that, but you give it to us anyway. I love that you’re honest about money and how things impact you guys personally and as a company. We love you guys and knowing how we can help in any way (such as watching and at least clicking on ads) is very helpful. I like hearing about the inner-workings of the company. It makes things like buying a ticket for Without A Recipe Live that much more satisfying. I know that my money is helping people who have helped me get through hard times and are genuinely good people. And I would like to say that although you might think your catalog was all over the place these last few months, in my opinion you guys really held your own. It may not have been your favorite works but to me, the Try Guys are comforting so I enjoy seeing you guys do whatever. And regardless, it is so incredibly impressive when going back and watching these views in hindsight now knowing everything you guys were going through. And about Eugene, I’m so glad you guys addressed it in more detail. I always assumed his absence was something planned in advance and hated seeing those: “I think Eugene is planning to slowly leave the Try Guys” comments. I LOVE the idea of now saving “The Try Guys” name in the video being when the three of you are together. I am super excited to see what you guys do next and am still super excited to see you guys make content that you genuinely want to make. Seeing Zach become a Drift King had me grinning from ear to ear because I knew how excited he was for it and how much it meant to him. I am such a fan of you guys and all the new personalities you guys have introduced. I personally think it is because of how organically you guys introduced them to us and then we loved them and started to see them more and more and LOVED IT!! AND STILL DO!!! Can’t wait to see what you guys do next! I think I speak for us all when I say: We love you all LOTS!!!!

I'm a pilot with a major US airline, and I think the idea of eating the menu on an airplane would be awesome! I have a few ideas that would help make this video series become a reality. First off, at least at my airline, I believe we serve premium first class meals on any flight that's over 1,000 miles (maybe 1250), so you wouldn't necessarily have to do a full coast to coast flight to enjoy a full menu. That being said, I think it would be really interesting if one of you tried the premium first class meals, the everyday snack boxes that anyone can buy, and then the complimentary snacks like the chips and almonds. Also, to avoid any kind of disturbance with other passengers nearby, you can always look into flying a route at a certain time with the least amount of passengers. I've worked several flights over the past couple months where we only had 60 passengers on a plane that can hold about 200. You would have lots of flexibility to move around, potentially have some guests in the row with you, and not bother other people. This is a really cool idea, and I hope you guys can make it work! I'm not for certain, but reaching out to a marketing or a public outreach department may help. I'm so excited for what you guys have to offer this next year. Best of luck!

My brain automatically went to Willie Nelson when discussing Smoke Show.

As a newer green person, I LOVED Smoke Show cause I was so excited to learn along with Zach. I hope they find a way to bring it back! 51:45

love the inside baseball of it all, hearing more about the behind the scenes stuff and what you guys really care about has definitely taken me from a casual viewer to a ride or die

I'm a new fan, and I've only ever seen your content since after Ned left. For whatever it's worth, I adore what you all make, and I don't watch the old videos because I am a swiftie- we're very loyal to new content. ;)

You guys have made so much hilarious content. I can't wait to see what's next. I talk about your content enough that when people ask what I like to watch my kids answer "Try guys."

Its absolutely heartwarming and crazy to see how far try guys has come. I feel like the fan base has been great but being able to see everyone as people has been super important, especially when introducing new people as cast. Like if this was buzzfeed try guys i dont think people would have loved that. But seeing you guys grow and the content grow has been super important to that. I see this also happening with SMOSH, Mythical, Dropout, etc and its been rewarding to be there for all those journey.

This was an excellent episode! Thank you for breaking things down for us like that, it's really cool to gain insight into what you've all dealt with, how you've overcome it and what you are creatively working towards. Looking forward to next year 🥳

I love behind the scenes talk. The goofy podcasts are fun, but listening to industry professionals just chat it up with each other is so intriguing.
