Confounded as to why demonstrations of tuning, focus on the meter but not showing knobs being adjust to make changes...

Simple, you wouldn't be able to make out the readings and small variations on the meter from a distance and I described which control was used for each step,

Have not tuned mine in 30 years was looking forward to seeing which knobs being adjusted too.
