I think it'll be light whisperer since the hint says "speaks in a quiet" hence its a voice spirit, and the photo hints that was given was the village of dreams and wind paths I also doubt what i just explained since the photo hints of ts might be in order therefore we'll have the village of Dreams ts first before the wind paths one and that the postman may also be a lil quiet or talks in a quiet voice since he peeks and that the previous hints of postman says he talks less of himself Although i still have high hopes for the light whisperer

What about the Shushing Spirit? This one asked us to be quiet so it could speak. Peeking Postman peeks around and perhaps speaks in a quiet voice because it doesn't want to get caught. Yeti is like a hidden spirit in the mountains. The sleepy spirit from The Ark? She wakes up immediately after a loud bell ringing when we relieve her memory. What about the old looking spirit with a mustache and a bow tie in the Sanctuary Island? Meh, I don't know
