Pretty sure that's the Navy leitmotif since they're all part of the Navy. By extension and more specifically, it may be Alphys' leitmotif (when you think about it, it does seem to bear similarities with Alphys' theme, try listening to regular Undertale's for comparison). It makes sense since she's the leader of the Navy.

While true, the worst variant is Mordax last Doggo is sad because he can only see moving things, so he doesn't know Woodwork and Mordax died Meanwhile Woodwork and Mordax CAN see and they are both horrified when you kill the other and/or doggo, woodwork the whole time trying to laugh off his fear and hoping you'll spare him Mordax though is by far the most messed up and depressive because he actually BEGS for mercy("C-Come on there kid....Just calm down....!" 'H-have you ever tried fishing...?") And if you kill woodwork or doggo he says either "W-WHY HIM?!" "W-WHAT IN THE...-!" or "G-GET AWAY FROM ME!", which is by far the scariest line he says in my opinion, and if you actually decide to spare him if he's alone he'll say he doesn't understand why you spared him when Woodwork and Doggo died and he will stay there frozen, shaking if you interact with him
