Aloha Ming!...was such a treat to see and meet with you at the Airport this evening, Mind you celebrities frequently past by my space, I pay them no mind, but a celebrity Chief, that's a whole different ball game. My Dad was my kitchen mentor, though old school I treasured the moments we shared in the kitchen, he did all the cooking and not once did I ever see him open a cook book. fast forward me watching your shows, the recipes and ideas your share on your shows I believe has truly made cooking at home for millions a wonderful experience. Hello Mr. Ming!! How do I buy good tofu? I did once from my local Wal-Mart and it was not at all to my liking... I love tofu from restaurants, I'm not sure why there was a difference.
